Getting good at starting over…….
Well, it’s another rainy day and I didn’t feel like doing anything. I received a text inviting me to lunch. So I said to myself: “Why not?”
So we went to eat at the local restaurant in the middle of the rain. Sites from the I want to visit some cats so they can have their dinner.
It is Saturday, the first Saturday of 2026. I was fighting the rain.
Yep it is really windy today. The tree really took a beating.
There were a few overturned potted plants at the house when I got home. I let them be until this round of crazy winds is over.
It is gong to be windy again for the next few days.
This kind of wind can be really unsettling, especially with current Palisade and Eaton wildfires.
It is also causing some disturbance when driving on the highway.
I don’t have a photo of my own with regard to the fire in Los Angeles. Maybe I should drive out to a place where I can take some photos.
Anyway, the raging fires in Los Angeles area threatens lives of many people. We have seen it before and we will see it again.
Apparently it’s going to be fairly warm tonight and the next few nights. the fireplace is set, but we’re not going to light the fire.
Not to self, make sure to return the old Broadband Modem.

Well, it was pretty foggy today. I could see the fog rolling in around 7:00 pm.
Oh, by the way, I’m putting back a Mac mini back together so I can work on some FireWire 800 devices.
