This Saturday is alright for fighting the rain.

Well, it’s another rainy day and I didn’t feel like doing anything. I received a text inviting me to lunch. So I said to myself: “Why not?”

So we went to eat at the local restaurant in the middle of the rain. Sites from the I want to visit some cats so they can have their dinner.

It is Saturday, the first Saturday of 2026. I was fighting the rain.

Out for Dinner for the first time in 2026.

Yesterday, on January 1, New Year’s Day, I was craving for something savory for dinner. I was too lazy to cook anything at home and everyone in the house already had their dinners.

So I drove around looking for any open restaurants that would satisfy my cravings. Well, I found a few of them in the area, but they all had a lot of people on the waiting list. After a while, I finally found a restaurant that opened late and by chance had no waiting list when I arrived.

I might as well enjoy this New Year’s weekend before going back to work on Monday.

Hello 2026!

Here we go again, the first day of another year. This time the year is 2026 and we have a lot to do.

May 2026 be the in the timeline we deserve as occupant of this rock called Earth.

January 30, 2025: New Home

I just found out this kitty recently lost her human. She was rescued as a feral cat, even though she was really friendly. Her ear was clipped as sign that she had been spayed.

Now she lives with a family member of her human.

January 29, 2025: New Tiny Hiss

Apparently we have a new rescue, a tiny hiss.

We don’t have name yet for this tabby. Our resident naming expert is still coming up with list of names.

This little guy is still shy, but he wants to be friend with the older cats.

January 28, 2014: Leftover Dinner

I was desperately seeking some kind of comfort food yesterday, and I finally decided what to get. The restaurant gave me so much food, I had to take some leftovers home.

Unfortunately I didn’t feel like eating the same food two nights in a row, so the leftovers is sitting in the refrigerator for now. Saving it for tomorrow, maybe.
